I’ve got 2 of their hose reels at my place for over 4 years now, each of them get used multiple times a week. Tradies have used and no doubt abused them during major renovations over the years and they are yet to require any maintenance on them whatsoever.
No leaks, no o-ring replacements needed yet. Retractable mechanism still works like they’re brand new.
