The is last years Razer product, current version is V4 but then you pay the $220+ for it. Works perfectly with Razer Basilisk V3 Hyperspeed Wireless also on sale now for $88 from Amazon.
This model is yellow silent tactile keys and pudding keycaps. There are green clicky models but you would have to look them up. When ordering keyboards from Amazon Into check the specs to make sure it’s QWERTY style.
