Currently best price it seems. Clearance at JB HI-FI for $499 (3-pack version) so around $166 for 1, I don’t see a need for this but if anyone needs it its currently at a more reasonable price.

According to description this product requires the Hue Bridge however it seems like you can use alternatives like a Zigbee dongle with Zigbee2MQTT.
