Instead, we are allowed to host this installer, which will download the original disc image for Unreal Gold from archive.org, extract the disc contents into a folder of your choice, and then install the latest public OldUnreal patch. Enjoy!

Note: Our installer supports Windows 7 and later. We are working on installers for Linux and macOS.
