A pretty good price for this 512GB M.2 NVMe TLC SSD from Orico for those after an OS drive or for use as a portable SSD in an enclosure. This one offers a sequential read speed up to 3500MB/s, sequential write speed up to 2800MB/s and 200TBW endurance.

On a more technical side it’s using TLC flash with both Micron and SK Hynix being used in the series and a Silicon Motion SM2263 controller. Reviews have indicated it’s using the EN variant with DRAM cache + pSLC cache instead of the XT variant that’s DRAMless.
