Good prices for the 1TB and 512GB M.2 NVMe TLC SSDs from Orico for those after an OS drive or for use as a portable SSD in an enclosure.

The 1TB variant offers a sequential read speed up to 3600MB/s and a sequential write speed up to 3000MB/s with 400TBW endurance. While the 512GB variant offers sequential read speed up to 3500MB/s, sequential write speed up to 2800MB/s and 200TBW endurance.

On a more technical side they’re using TLC flash with reviews mentioning Micron 232l TLC flash in the 1TB SSD with a Maxio MAP1202 controller and pSLC cache, while the 512GB SSD seems to be using sk Hynix TLC flash with a Silicon Motion SM2263 controller. If the 512GB is using the EN controller variant, then it has DRAM cache + pSLC cache, otherwise it’s the DRAMless XT variant.

  • Redeem both the 15% off and 10% off discounts under the price

Since this is a PCIe 3.0 SSD it’s not PS5 compatible.
