‘Switch’ not necessary, but you need to register with QBE first every time before paying for CTP. I’ve being registering the same car with QBE for years now.
Then pay your 12months CTP insurance afterwards via Service SA.

$25 voucher emailed to you,. usually takes 1-2 days.
I immediately change it to AmazonGC and onto my Amazon balance.
