I don’t shop at Coles Online so not really useful to me, but others may benefit. I guess Coles online has a $50 minimum order too for pick up?

At least the claim form also tells you how many claims have been submitted via the form, so +1 to whoever came up with that idea. More companies should do it like that if they are going to have a limited number of claims for items instead of expecting customers to hope for the best and end up disappointed when they miss out.
