AliExpress: 22% Cashback for New Customers, 15% Cashback for Existing (No Cap, Affiliate Products Only) @ ShopBack

Click through to shopback. It appears that new users will get 25% cashback while existing will get 15%. No mention of value cap. Seems too good to be true? Is it possible the page was published before it was complete?
