These guys barely discount as they don’t need to. It’s a pretty decent offer and this price hasn’t been seen since the Putin death offer at $10 USD/year for those on a very specific plan type.
No limits on connected devices but they may crack down on if you share your account with multiple people.
They have a lot of additional functionality that’s optional including ad blocking, content blocking and more. Lots of server choices such as Australia, US and shows the latency always for each.
Not 100% sure if it renews at this price but looks like it might.
